Matt's Meals on a Mission goes public!

   Matt's Meals on a Mission (3M) has been part of my life over 4 years now. With all I have learned from school, working in restaurants, and from other folks in the industry, I have decided to take my once fund-raising business and make it my career.

     I will offer catering services as well as private chef dining for small groups and events. Something new is for those of you that might consider your refrigerator/pantry/cupboards or kitchen itself a bit unorganized. I will come to your house and help you 1-on-1 clean out, organize, and even provide tips on how to incorporate those random ingredients into your next meal.

     I am adding cooking classes to my repertoire as well, starting at basic level skills, to advanced techniques. I will offer specific classes on butchery, vegetable preparations and learning to use leftovers and pantry ingredients to make eye-popping meals. If you and some friends would like to try something new I will be doing these group classes for whoever is interested.

     Classes will be approximately 2 hours in length. Prices range from $35-50 per person. You will need to bring your own equipment (paring knife, chef knife, bread knife, peeler and cutting board). If you do not own the tools I would be happy to do the leg work and find the best equipment at the best price for you. The charge for the equipment will be added to your payment for the class. At the end of each class we will all sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labor.

I am excited to pursue this new vocation for myself, and I hope to hear from you soon.
